AI Agent Needed to Find Local Home Care Leads (Daily Alerts)

I am looking for a skilled AI specialist to build and/or manage an AI-powered agent that can identify real-time local demand for domiciliary (home) care services in Stockport and surrounding areas (Greater Manchester).

What I need:

The AI agent must scan online platforms daily, including (but not limited to):
Facebook (public posts & groups)
Nextdoor
Reddit
Local forums / community boards
Any other relevant sources where people request care support
Identify recent posts only (ideally within the last 24–48 hours) where individuals or families are:
Looking for home care
Asking for recommendations for carers
Requesting support for elderly/disabled relatives
Filter results specifically for Stockport and nearby areas

Output requirements:

Send me a daily email report (morning preferred) that includes:
Direct link to each post
Platform/source (e.g. Facebook, Reddit, etc.)
Short summary of the request
Location (if mentioned)
Results must be relevant and actionable leads only (no generic content)

Important:

Accuracy and relevance are critical – I do NOT want spam or unrelated posts
Must comply with platform policies (no scraping that violates terms)
Ideally include some level of keyword filtering (e.g. “home care”, “carer needed”, “elderly care”, etc.)

Nice to have:

Ability to refine/improve results over time
Option to expand to other geographic areas later
Dashboard or shared document access (optional but useful)

Your proposal should include:
