Do you want a clean admin dashboard where you can:
- Easily switch or update AI models
- See and manage patient/customer conversations
- Control what the AI remembers about each user
- Monitor usage, trends, and common questions
- Manually intervene or take over conversations when needed

Also — should the AI remember users across sessions so it truly “knows” your customers over time, instead of starting from zero every visit?
