Are you an HTML, CSS and JQuery Wizard?

We need a reliable person, ideally based in the UK, who we can send graphic layouts, with instructions for what interactions are needed, for slicing and marking up into HTML templates which we will then hook up to our own database systems.

You need to be:
- Competent in using Fireworks for slicing and dicing images (we work in this programme for design);
- Able to prepare standard compliant HTML and CSS layouts;
- If not a JQuery wizard, be able to learn quickly using online resources to accomplish what is needed (please be honest with me here - this is how I handle Jquery, so no problem if you learn on the job either!)

Initially we will be able to provide work on an ad-hoc basis, but in an ideal world as our business expands, so will our need for your skills.
