Amendment to a logo

Hi all,
I recently had this logo designed and made a slight amendment to it in paint. I am trying to get this converted into an ai and eps file with a transparent background so that I can get a particle (.mov video) intro video made from my logo.

I want the attached logo in a .ai and .eps file, and I also require this logo with a transparent background so that it can be made into .mov file by another pph seller (a particle movie.)

I tried to go back to the person who created my logo but they have not responded to my messages, therefore it is now public.

Could anyone sort this out for me? Need it done within 72 hours if possible.
