Algorithm for Excel Spreadsheet

To write an algorithm/formula that will show the best fit between ratings across 30 law firms and approximately 30 specialisms. In the attached spreadsheet (this is just for illustrative purposes - the final spreadsheet will be much larger), the specialisms are in columns B-AB and the law firms are listed in Column A. Where a law firm has a specialism, this is indicated by a rating of 1-5, with being 1 the top rating.

We need to identify groups of firms that are:

1. Closely matched in terms of areas of specialism/expertise
2. Closely matched in terms of ratings in similar specialisms/expertise

This project is urgent and will need to completed ASAP.
