James has done a great job for us. We had a severe loss of data, links and macros on complex excel files that worked with numerous formulae and macros which for unknown reasons had completely lost their links and were unable to merge into a word document. It was a very testing task, but James showed tremendous understanding, determination and intuition to solve these complex problems for an industry where he didn't have any previous knowledge. James will do a great job for you and don't hesitate to challenge him because he can rise to the challenge and the skills to arrive at the result you are after. Excellent communicator and I will certainly go back to James with the next task
