Hello,

My name is Paul Gwilliam and I am looking for a Virtual Assitant to help me run my franchise business. I envisage that the role will start with 10 hours a week but may increase later. I am looking for someone that is interested in an on-going role in the business - the role maybe ideal for someone looking to work from home/remotely. I am based in Bath/Bristol but the successful candidate does not need to be in my locality.

Tasks will include:

Helping with the to-do list
General administration
Chasing late payments
Making/taking telephone calls
Processing email, paperwork, bills and invoices
Bookkeeping (or liaising with an external bookkeeper)
Taking orders, bookings and enquiries
Making meeting arrangements
Source and order services and suppliers
Writing and sending proposals, contracts and invoices
Preparing and sending direct mail
