I am looking for a Personal VA to help me with simple tasks.
I run a tech-focused subscription lingerie company based in the UK and growing in the USA.
* Proofreading documents
* Research (marketing, news, apps, businesses, optimisation tools, contacts, etc.)
* E-mails: set up emails, e-mail marketing, auto-responders, reply to emails and customer support
* Manage and update Social Media Accounts
* Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
* Preparing Slideshows (Powerpoint Presentations and excel)
* Recruitment (source for other team members writers or graphic artists)
* Miscellaneous - Contact management, schedule support, document management, entering business cards and networking contacts, travel research/booking, event research etc…
The ideal candidate will have:
* Tech savvy
* Perfect written English
* Digital marketing experience
* Great Powerpoint and Excel skills
* Strong interest in fashion and e-commerce
Starting next month with a trial of 5 hours a week for 4 weeks, in the view of increasing workload after "trial period" and long-term position.
