Experience Level: Entry
We are a London-based media company looking for a part-time administrative and customer support services executive.
The person will be an Executive Assistant to the Publisher and Managing Editor.
The assistant must be prepared to work afternoons from 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a virtual role.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Executive mangement
Dealing with clients
Answering emails
Writing to customers
Returning customer calls
Processing orders
Database management
Book keeping
Proofing
Soft selling (Cross and up-selling)
Creating and editing documents.
Standardising administrative procedures
REQUIRED
Previous experience in an administrative assistant role
Relevant training and education
Pleasant and professional phone manner
Excellent written skills
Able to work with Microsoft Office packages – including, word, excel, power point.
Previous customer service experience
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Previous sales experience desired but not required.
Able to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
All applicants will be required to provide at least two traceable references.
