An experienced minutes taker required to attend an onsite meeting this Wed 29th June 18:30 to 20:30 (2 hours). This is for Verbatim Minutes. You would need to arrive at least 10-15 mins prior to the meeting in order to get set up and settled. You would be required to do a verbatim transcription, and I will need you to record the meeting, as well, and either type up the minutes during the meeting (preferred), or take verbatim notes to type up later from home (the recording will also help with the minutes being more accurate). Both your typed transcription and the recording would be sent through to me later, once complete, via Dropbox or similar file sharing. If you are typing up the minutes from the recording, please advise if you have any dicta typing experience and the necessary equipment.

-How long it would take you to complete a verbatim transcription for a 2 hours of a meeting, and any other extra costs, such as travel costs, etc. (please quote your overall total charge for the job).
Please can you also tell me:
1) Your typing speed
2) whether you can take shorthand or similar speed writing or verbatim note taking experience
3) whether you have dicta typing experience/and equipment available to you
4) you have a recording device for recording the meeting (if so which type)
5) can you supply your CV (if possible)
6) your hourly rate
If this works, we would like to use you for various other minutes taking projects in Central London.
