We are looking for part time self-employed Property Telesales Consultant and Customer Service Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in telesales who can deliver a high level of customer service and who wants to work flexible hours from home. We pay for your time making the calls NOT the calls.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties are varied and include but are not restricted to:
• (Warm leads) Call home owners, landlords and property investors re sales and letting enquires
• Entice all owners, landlords and property investors to book a Market Appraisal of their property by speaking about the benefits to them
• Follow up all unanswered calls with a scripted email
• Document the action taken with each and every call, answered and unanswered
• Book an appointment and add to shared Google Calendar all Market Appraisal / Valuation
• Confirm all appointments with an scripted email
• Work out rough estimate of property for rent/sale in the local area (training given)
• Has to be responsible and relied upon to follow up each lead 3 times or until a response is received, whichever comes first
• (Warm leads) Call prospective tenants after a property/room viewing to find out their thoughts
• Entice prospective tenants to reserve the property/room by speaking about the benefits available
Skills and Specifications
We are looking for self-motivated experienced telesales candidates. The ideal candidate will be:
• Capacity to make 40+ calls, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday GMT time zone
• Experience in telesales and working in/with property industry required
• A script of the call and email will be provided, although it does not have to be maintained
• Seeking conversational and “soft sell” style communication
• Professional, friendly with high levels of integrity
• Call landline numbers and mobile numbers (premium numbers)
• Work flexibly, organise and prioritise their own workload and work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate well verbally and in writing, with good, English grammar, punctuation and writing skills
• Able to be enterprising, proactive and use own initiative as well as being able to work in a team.
• Enjoyment of working for a portfolio of different characters is essential!
• Able to demonstrate evidence of effective diary management and PA skills and experience, including IT and Office packages.
Equipment Needed
• Self paid and maintained landline/mobile phone/VOIP system
• Excellent phone reception and quiet environment
• A PC or Mac
• Microsoft office
• An internet connection
• Skype and headset or handset
• A printer and paper
