Position: 6 Months +
We are actively looking for a freelancer to help take calls for third party clients. The successful freelancer will work from home but will be part of a larger team.
We are taking on more clients and as a result need to increase our call handling capacity.
The calls are very easy and are just require a basic message taking process, with the message being emailed to the intended recipient. We do encourage you to build a rapport with the callers to help promote a positive image whilst providing a nice customer service experience.
The winning candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, good customer service skills and previous experience taking phone calls for companies.
It is a busy position, so you would need to be focused for the hours you work. It will be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work from home and earn a regular income.
Overview:
1 - 5 days per week
2 - 4 Hours per day during the hours of 1.00pm - 5.00pm
3 – Option to work increased hours if we have absences or annual leave requirements
4 - Full training provided
5 - You would use our virtual phone system which is free to use and runs from any mobile / landline.
6 – Must have a quiet place to work so you are not interrupted whilst speaking to clients.
7 – Also you will need a reliable fast broadband as the calls take place through the PC.
