Experience Level: Expert
Im looking for an experienced part time PA. I am a busy mum based in London running a property business and looking for someone to do admin tasks, book appts, schedule meetings, diary management, update databases, and admin tasks concerning the children.
Some basic social media work involved. Must have a long track record as an experienced PA.
Does not have to be based in London, but must be UK based. Would suit a retired PA or mum that wants to earn some money.
Please read below where I have added some more description for the role:
It's on going to start ASAP. I'm looking for a permanent part time PA / EA that can manage my diary, has a good financial head, experienced event planner with knowledge of social media platforms. Someone who is proactive and can organise my work life and personal life. I need someone who will not just be a VA but also be my eyes and ears, remind to do things and also have enough experience to suggest better ways of doing things and to spot mistakes or question if something doesn't look right.
There will be a lot of admin, phone calls, emails, updating websites and CRM and some posting on social media.
I run property events once per month, so admin around that. Phone calls to attendees. Also have a property company so tasks regarding tenants, liaising with workmen, getting quotes, Internet searches for best prices. Ordering supplies. Calling Vendors and Landlords and writing letters to them.
I am on the parents committee for school so some admin regarding events will be necessary. Arranging hotel accommodation, finding and booking the best train tickets and flights etc.
Must be very organised, with excellent written English and all office packages ie excel, PowerPoint etc. Skype, Google+ Dropbox etc fun with a cheery disposition.
Looking for someone very trustworthy. Great benefits for the right person.
Other tasks include, searching best prices on utilities, appliances, liaising with builders, chasing up quotes and looking for property and land. Talking to landlords and vendors. Ordering broadband and changing utility supplier....and more!!!
