It's all about organisation. As an IT Event Coordinator you will have to insure that event are well organised and happens as planned.
You will order stationnaries, book all suppliers (Photographers, Videographer, Catering ...), insure the website and the Community Manager has correct information about the event (Who, What, When, Where), inform speakers about the schedule, order all the printing for program and advertising, gather feedback about the event from all the actors, Make video and photo published. These events are about IT and Management.
You have to be based in London to apply to this part time job (Around 8h a week all year long). 90% of the time you will work from home but you will have to come a few times a Month to meetings and evening events in London.
