Estimated project duration: 1 - 6 months
This a freelance role focussed on executing administration, marketing and operational tasks due to a particularly busy period being faced now and up to the end of this year. There is a significant focus on using company technology and carrying out marketing operations tasks for company produced Reports, so familiarity and comfort with technology is crucial.
We also require, from time to time, general administration management support to aid the Managing Director in ongoing initiatives.
The person who does this role will need to be available for 15 - 20 hours per week, but as a freelancer would be setting their own schedule.
Key duties of this role will include:
Marketing and Copywriting:
• Setting up e-mails to be sent to company clients on an automated technology system
• Sourcing media and promotional partners for the reports, events and surveys marketing campaigns
• General and ad hoc marketing management tasks
Operations:
• Managing communications and operations with suppliers and clients, in run-up to events
• Creating instruction and template documents for stakeholders, both internal and external, to an event
• Managing the schedule of tasks and ensuring internal and external stakeholders meet deadlines
• Preparing of event related items – floor flat plans, badges and other collateral – in lead up to an event
Software used in role:
• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• CRM database (Wyvern Magic)
• Email marketing software (Wyvern Magic)
