Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need someone to act as a 1st port of call for support customers on our online support system - initially making sure that we have al the data we need to resolve problems (simple things like contact details and a full description of the problem - no technical knowledge needed) and assigning jobs to our (web design) staff accordingly, and then gradually also dealing with some of the simpler requests yourself using a set of simple to use online tools. You would need to be in a position to check our support website every couple of hours or so through the day (mon-fri).
In addition, there are a number of pc-based PA tasks to do - research, setting up meetings, chasing up new business leads, keeping social media up to date etc. - essentially helping to release time from the business owner so he can concentrate on the bigger picture. In total, around 15-20hrs per week, and we'd be prepared to sign-up for a decent period of time once you've proved your worth! The "hours" will probably be made up of smaller chunks as and when throughout the day rather than being a solid 3-4 hrs per day, so this might well suit a university student, parent with kids at school etc etc.
You'll need basic computer skills - ie being able to use our online tools, word, excel etc, and if you have any experience in photoshop/other graphics programs, that would be ideal (but not essential). Good English is definitely a requirement, as is the ability to sometimes work under pressure at times when we're really busy. Support hours are somewhat flexible, so we can work around other commitments if necessary.
Min 10hrs per week, up to 20, but likely to average around 15. Ongoing requirement, so this could be a nice flexible, part-time work-at-home role for someone.
