We are a men's subscription service for grooming and bathroom essentials.
We have 25,000 members who use our products. They have a membership/account with us and receive products when they choose.
We currently have customer service people managing the email, live chat side, but we now need someone to answer the phone between 9-5 and make outbound calls to customers.
The successful candidate will be:
- Intelligent and resilient
- No ego and patient
- Articulate - able to calmly and very clearly present options to customers
- Problem solver
- Reliable - No messages about broadband issues please!
In return:
We offer a flexible working arrangement, whilst we'd prefer someone in the office (Surrey, SM6), we are happy to employ someone remotely. Friendly working atmosphere and recognition for top quality work.
The role:
- Answer phone calls in office hours
- Reach out to customers who need to update payment details, address details, answer queries.
- Jump onto live chat and email support when team needs extra support
- Resolve and diagnose the problems of customers who have stopped their deliveries
