A website to be designed, coded etc in its entirety

We require a website to be completely built that will be akin to a daily deal website with provision for an affiliate program that can all be run through the back office that will control the website. It will require merchant facilities to be the payment vehicle for acceptance of payments (the merchant facilities are currently in place and operational).

We willr equire the website to be designed, coded etc etc and we will require an agreement to be signed that the coding etc belongs to our company.

More extensive details of the websites requirements will be provided to interested candidates however it would be helpful if all bidders could research a few of the current daily deal websites such as groupon and living social to gain an understanding of what we require.
