A successful social media twitter campaign

I need someone to manage and market my twitter social media. To help improve twitter strategies, to improve retweeting and to encourage conversion to website.
To load a nice colourful photo in the background page, to engage with twitter followers and listen to them- sit back and read what they are talking about, what's important to them- comment and retweet on others messages as you read them.

Tweeting original content so followers begin to come to us as a source of information and interest. To hard sell- to include invitations of (personal) direct mentions to followers to convert. To write a variety of hard selling content, selling best features and best offers. Do competitions and special promotions.

You will need to devote a certain amount of time each day to do twitter marketing.
