Selina sold me her competencies to coach for interviews preparation especially on CBQ interviews and STAR methods and as I trusted her speech I decided to deal with her. In fact, she hasn't demonstrated any skills in this way. She only asked questions (not all the time relevant), didn't bring any constructive feedback. She send me two documents with only one question and few answers not relevant with my goal and it was clearly a copy and paste from an internet page. I also never get what she promised to send me after the first meeting with questions.
At the end, after a dispute PPH decided to refund my money. I haven't seen that the money was in a Wallet and Selina nevertheless send to me an invoice and the money was unfortunately taken from the wallet as I couldn't refund my money. I clearly lost £91 for nothing as I didn't get good services from her.
This website is good when you deal with the good person (I found someone qualified and professional after), but I still lost a lot of money dealing with Selina and she is not professional and honest at all.

I disagree with all of the above, we did three hours of Skype sessions, the client decided to change dates of next sessions due to travel, miss- communication did occur regarding arrangement for which I was partly responsible.

Having provided this service for over 13 years with no problems ever, I simply think that sometimes people have to allow you to be the person leading them in your field. Having a process in mind which builds and alters with each session to draw out particular skills and talents an build on them, if someone chooses to buck against this, then there is little one can do. I was happy for the client to withdraw at any time, however to thinkI should provide 3 hours+ of service at n cost is simply not sensible. However, over-all I wish her every success in her endeavours, and I'm sure the zealousness with with she pursues things will stand her in good stead.
