Professional photography at charity event in Glasgow

We are looking to have professional photography done at our support group event in Glasgow. The purpose of this shoot is to create assets we can use with our new branding, launching in July. We'll need "action" shots of the group chatting to each other and staff, Staff and volunteers standing together, shots of some of our branded materials and shots of people engaging with our resources etc. The event will take place indoors in the Woodside area of Glasgow. There will be a staff member (Neil) from our comms team to meet you and to give further direction on the day, as well as one other member of charity staff, volunteers and beneficiaries present. We will have about an hour (11am-12) to get the necessary photos. It is possible that some group members may not wish to be photographed, we will make sure that this is clearly communicated to you.

We are looking for someone based in Rome to take simple documentation photos of digital advertising screens currently live in the city. This is NOT a professional photography job — anyone with a good smartphone (iPhone or similar) can do it. The goal is only to capture proof photos of our campaign showing on digital billboards for client reporting. What you will do: • Visit 2 digital billboard locations (addresses will be provided) • Wait until the campaign appears on the screen (ads rotate automatically) • Take 4–5 clear photos per location showing the screen and surrounding environment • Send the photos by email immediately after shooting Important: • No professional camera required • No editing required • No special photography skills needed • Natural photos are perfectly fine Time required: Approximately 1–1.5 hours total (including waiting time).
