Research Project into Analogue Chips in European Markets
Hello. I need to get someone who can work with me & carry out on-going detailed market research into electronic companies that embed analogue chips into their offering. These companies deliver products for multiple markets: Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Televisions, Mobile Phones, Industrial, Automotive, Enterprise etc. I need a rolling research project. This is to be broken down into a series of countries for example: Germany Poland Italy Turkey Romania Czech Republic United Kingdom Spain These countries will need to be thoroughly researched and a list of manufacturers (not of analogue semi-conductors) but multiple manufacturers of the above markets. I need the companies. Locations - where they make - if the outsource to China already and who in China. I need names of key people - engineering director, Manufacturing Director, Innovation lead, R&D Director, Head of Operations, third party supplier director, procurement lead etc. Once we have build the names - who - where - what they do, I then want to build an executive outreach programme to write and book meetings and zoom/teams discovery sessions and/or Face to Face meetings. This is going to be an exciting piece of work. There will be lots of collaboration, there is no easy simple answer, its a way of building a rapport, think of it as an 'inside sales role' and one that can give you and me a great way of working. I'm not looking to start this until early September 2024 and this will be three months work. Budgets are tight, but the long term opportunity is high. Now the negatives: 1. Do not write back and respond if you have never done this work before. This is not like building websites or doing simple marketing. 2. Culturally you need to understand this is international and time is important on the quality of the research, the details into the organisation, simple website trawling is not good enough. 3. You must understand the electronics market. Bonus if you know about analogue and semi-conductors. 4. Those shortlisted will be asked to carry out a desktop evaluation on one company - one country and give me an overview of the key players, manufacturers etc. we are testing you. On the upside, this will be a 'monthly' retained fee for initially three months, we can extend to 'six months'. We can review and look at this with performance reviews.
