Metal Melting Induction Heater Using PCB Board(Firmware & Other)
Hi! I'm interested in building a customized Metal Melting Induction heater using Transformers and other electronic and electrical components. I'm looking forward to build a Metal Melting Furnace which will be electrical mainly for the purpose of melting and refining Gold , Platinum , Silver and Iron. I'm looking forward to work with someone who is expert in PCB Designing and deployment and most importantly who has enough patience to answer all my doubts and questions throughout the project. Someone who is well versed with electrical and electronic components , firmware , hardware and PCB Design will be best suited for the project. What I'm looking for: 1) A Metal Melting Furnace using PCB Board , various electrical and electronic components , firmware and hardware. 2) It should have feature of increasing and decreasing Temperature manually as per the requirement of melting point of different metals. 3) A ON/OFF Switch button , temperature indicator in Degree Celsius , increasing and decreasing temperature buttons to set the exact temperature and voltage indicator are must. 4) A "SET" Button. This button when Pressed will maintain the constant desired temperature. For example the melting point of Iron is 1800 Degree Celsius. Once the furnace reaches this point and this button should be pressed so that there is not drop or increase in temperature irrespective of external conditions or other conditions. 5) Maximum melting point to be reached is 2100 Degree Celsius. 6) It should be able to reach those temperatures within 10-15 minutes. 7) It should be compact , lightweight and can easily be moved from one place to other(although this is not a major requirement if we have to compromise on it's quality or design to achieve the same but I believe that something like this can be achieved considering the fact that we live in advance age) 8) It should be able to work with the help of capacitor batteries or any other Lithium Ion battery/Solar batteries or the batteries which are used in Trucks or any other external source of battery. 9) It should be able to take in 240V of electricity since in my country its the standard 3-pin socket output provided by the government. 10) It should be able to hold crucible for melting the metals. For reference I have included a few pictures of my idea of the design , you are welcome to share yours and guide me along the way pointing out any flaws or cons of the same , thereby suggesting something economical as well as good performer at the same time. 11) Most importantly incase there is some major voltage fluctuation during its operation , there should be some very strong safety measures built into it to avoid any major accidents. 12) The components used in the project should be economical(since wearing of components will occur over the course of time and hence very costly components need not be installed) easily available(although this is not a compulsory requirement if quality will be compromised) 13) You will have to design the entire circuit board , a board which is not sub-standard in quality but above a certain threshold of quality but at the same time which will be economical to produce. 14) Since it is a furnace its maximum weight holding capacity including the weight of the crucible should be 6Kgs. 15) It should also be able to work with lesser weight such as from 50 Grams. External design/look of the furnace can be worked out later once the design and testing is completed. 16) The Total weight of all the electrical components including PCB should not be more than 10Kgs. 17) A Graphite crucible will be used for holding the metals. 18) The project needs to be completed within 180 Days from the date of you joining the project. If you can check all the above 18 points , you are welcome to join the project. Minor adjustments can be made here and there but not all of the above 18 points can be compromised because otherwise it will defeat the very purpose of posting this project. Please note this is not for mass production or commercial use. Thank you.

Design a charging circuit for 18650
Hello, I am electronic engineer looking for another engineer for design a charging circuit of 18650. The pcb design is not included, the task is only for the circuit. More details in messages. Thanks.
Design High Power Circuit
Design a circuit that can take input pulses from a microcontroller (most likely arduino), and use that to create high current pulses. This will be the heart of an Arc generator for an Electric Discharge Machining machine. Also recommend specific components and create a circuit board file that I can send to a manufacturer for fabrication. I'd like it to include everything from the A/C input to the high power pulsed D/C output. I have specifications I will share. Basically I'm too cheap to pay someone 3k Euros for a pre built generator since I'm good with electronics. But I'm not THAT good, to be sure the circuit is stable & won't die 15 minutes after I turn it on. I may sell these in the future so I'd like to own the design. Also if you're good with reducing un necessary EMF that would help. This circuit will create a lot of EMF by design, so anything that can be done to make it do it's job and avoid any unintended EMF would make the entire project go smoother. It should put out about 30 volts DC pulses at up to 30 amps based on the input pulse voltage, and be able to survive a short circuit. There will be a separate circuit that will monitor voltage at the destination and stop input pulses upon a short, but they will happen from time to time, and the circuit should be able to endure this till the monitoring hardware stops sending pulses. I could write lots more about the machine itself, but this project is about just the pulse generator. I guess I'm writing this to let you know I'm a busy guy, and want this project done ASAP. I'm doing this on a medium budget, and I have very limited hands on time to work on the project. I will probably hire out more electronics related design. I need to integrate at least 4 different circuits off the top of my head, and do it in a high EMF environment, The more advice I can get the better, and the sooner I can get $ flowing in from this the sooner I can work less at my other job yada yada. Yup that's my ending hehe!

Sensor Interface prototype design Yanmar 3JH4 Marine diesel
I would like to design an interface to read the engine health data (oil and water temperature, RPM, tachometer hours, oil pressure) from a Yanmar 3JH4 Marine diesel engine, using an ESP32 or ESP8266 wifi enabled microcontroller. It should be possible to read the engine data bus directly, or if not, read the sensors directly in a way that is not destructive to the existing setup. I would need to be able to purchase components for the design from online electronics stores such as direnc.net in Turkey where I am located. I have basic electronics skills but would also need some advice building and installing the circuit.

That can both TX and RX Device will need to log and send GPS coordinates and also be able to log tempateure via bme280. I would prefer esp32 base but a moteino would be ok I'm also happy for recomemdations , I will provide more details about project when looked at your work, this gig is initially for a proof of concept working device I will require the chosen party to continue working and provide working prototype.
Current limiting - single power supply circuit
I need an electronics designer to produce a single power supply circuit for the purpose of limiting power. Scope of work Specify an NPN or PNP MOSFET driven current limiting circuit that limits current output from a DC powersupply (Battery pack). (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Current_limiting) Input/Output voltage varies from 42 to 60.5 V. Current limitation: Output current must not exceed 12.3 A at 60.5VDC and 17.6 A at 42 VDC for longer than 2 seconds (to handle transients). Deliverables 1. Schematic files ready for conversion to PCB design as well as PDF output 2. BOM with part numbers and sources - Active components must have at least two alternatives. Active components should be available in thru-hole as well as surface mount. 3. Analysis of power dissipation of active components and any power resistors for the purpose of mechanical design. Looking for one week turn-around from initiation to deliverables.

Arduino + audio + WiFi development
In need of an electronics/arduino developer. Project entails making a small hardware device to capture sound on a microphone/line input, write to file, then upload over wifi to a remote server (can be FTP, HTTP etc). Have full requirement spec of what I'm looking for which I can share. Final device should be as small as possible. Looking initially to have a prototype made using arduino modules, then to lay out a circuit using the component ICs to get a miniature size. Looking for competitive bid from someone who can get the work done efficiently. Will suit a developer with experience of recording audio using arduino, and laying out arduino circuits. Recently let down by a developer who wasted our time. Good communication with me is essential. Expecting £1500-2000.
