For a new medical clinic in Thailand, in an existing new building with two floors of about 50sqm (total 100sqm), for which we already have sketched-up a basic 3D layout on scale (Google Sketchup), we are looking for the assistance of an interior designer, for the scope of work: - Based on the existing structure, discuss the layout we suggest (already sketched-up on Google Sketchup) - In reference of some pictures of the building and pictures of some designs we would like to take inspiration, make a 3D of the interior for each floor, including fix & loose furniture, partitions, ect, to make sure that the contractors clearly understand the requirements. Create customer facing app for service businesses
I want to develop a mobile application that is customer facing for small business services such as plumbers, electricians and cleaners. I want to change the way in which small business operates in this industry by making it simpler for customers to communicate their requirements and for business to understand those requirements and deliver. I am to eliminate the need for emails, phone calls and site visits by allowing customers to post images of the work required and detailed descriptions on the requirements. This app also needs to have integrated payment system so that business can achieve their cashflow goals. I also wish to integrate AI into this application to analyse customer descriptions and photographs to provide both the customer with price and time estimates and the business with estimates around materials needed and labour cost. This app also needs to have a time function in built to minimise arguments around invoicing and costs. In short * customer is able to select a business they wish to work with and see price rates * customer is able to post images and description of a job they need done * AI analyses these and provides a time and materials estimate * business can accept job and use in app messaging service to communicate with client about arrival times/further job information. * timer starts when business starts working for customer and finishes when job is done. * payment is made in app at end of job * there will also be a ratings system for all business and customers in app * complaints and feedback will be handled through in app messaging post job. To be clear I am looking for a basic application at this point that achieves what is outlined above. Further visual design and development of other features may be required at a later date depending on business/customer feedback.
