As the maximum budget that is available at present is £50 to £60 a month, the four pieces can be done in one go so the job will be just once a month, plus another 20 to 30-minute Zoom meeting one a month just to review progress. If we are successful, with a relatively short time, the remuneration for be several multiples of the amount quoted here. Opportunity for the future I want to grow an audience and if we are successful this could turn into something that is quite big. It can be more rewarding emotionally and financially, as I belief there is the scope. My targeted audience are aspirational British parents with high expectations for their children. I have focused mainly on parents of secondary school age children but I what to expand into parents with primary school children. We have a subscription to a property website that gives us excel sheets each week which show us what properties are coming on sale. In each week the properties are listed by the number of days shown on the market. We can put a note in the sheet once this property has been visited. The following week, the property has been on for 1 more week, so that column number changes. This means that when you remove the duplicates, the notes get removed. Each week this site gives us new sheets to download. We need a way of mixing them all together or some kind of formula or method so we can update the excel sheet each week, so our staff know which the right ones are to visit.
