Cosmetic formulations
I own a natural skincare company called Naturally Balmy, and I currently formulate all our skincare products. I could use a little help in coming up with some new products. I'm just in the process of creating some lip oils and hair oils, but would like to come with some more face creams, cleansers and face oils. I'm looking for an experienced cosmetic chemist / formulator to work with. Would you be interested in collaborating? Thanks Jessica

90 sec animation - urgent
I need, for my client, a 90 sec explainer video. I will provide voice over but would need you to start now if you can. We can start with rough storyboard and then go to animation. Tone of voice: - more educational than 'professional sales presentation' - female probably - not too 'fun' ... this is serious science tackling the most serious problems ... BUT, we still want to make this 'accessible' ... so we aren't dumming it down or making light of the science ... but we are recognising that not everyone is research chemist Timing is tight. I need a storyboard ASAP and a draft animation by Monday next week. Client's website: https://n2applied.com I imagine you (partly) work with imagery from stock websites. How do you deal with image rights? I just want to make sure my client is covered. Videos I saw I believe the client will like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4m_w--Q1H8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VL4usqwdEQw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMXjNAfT94M&list=PLpatFT5Depb6OT6cRJ-ImYq6_xkYE5mpJ https://vimeo.com/187066055 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XP5rHi56N54&t=42s

Following the reimbursement prices of Drugs by the UK NHS over a period of time
The UK government reimburses Pharmacist for drugs using a Drug Tariff and it sets out the price it will pay each month in a drug tariff. https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/pharmacies-gp-practices-and-appliance-contractors/drug-tariff This month is at this link http://www.drugtariff.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/#/00553921-DA/DA00553908/Home The prices are in Part VIII A http://www.drugtariff.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/#/00553921-DA/DA00553554/Part%20VIIIA%20-%20Basic%20Prices%20of%20Drugs%20Product%20List The back copies are here https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/pharmacies-gp-practices-and-appliance-contractors/drug-tariff/back-copies-drug-tariff Occasionally Pharmacist claim they cannot get the drugs I the UK at the price and the government offers a one-month temporary price concession to allow the chemist to pay more and get the drug Here is the list of drugs month by month where the government gave these temporary higher prices. https://psnc.org.uk/dispensing-supply/supply-chain/generic-shortages/ncso-archive/ I want to extract the lines that had NCSO status at all for a period of two years then create tables in powerpoint showing the official price for these drugs in a graph month by month. Highlight the months where NCSO was given and then see what prices do after. The hypothesis the prices are stable before NCSO raise rapidly then return to the original prices. The second part of the work is that for the drugs that were NCSO the NHS has a data sets of the usage per month. This shows month by month in column D the drugs name and then in "I" the quantity used month by Month. It would be useful to see if the usage of the line went down before the Pharmacists claimed they could not get it and up again after then does NCSO offering higher prices fix the supply problem and when NCSO stops does the problem remain fixed or do sales drop off again
Analysis of Public Domain UK prescribing Data
PART ONE The English National Health Services has a monthly public domain Dat set of the quantity of each drug its use and how much it pays in primary care,#. That is the NHS outside hospitals. Here is the link. https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/prescription-data/dispensing-data/prescription-cost-analysis-pca-data I enclose a download of one month as an example PCA MAR 18. The key columns are D the drugs name I the quantity and K the cost which is in Pence and needs to convert to pounds. The further complication is that the kit has two Tabs one for Doctors and one for Pharmacists they need to be amalgamated. I also need to amalgamate the total sales for the 12 month period to end June 2017. This will allow me to see the top spending drugs in primary care. The NHS buys in Hospital and it has a total called EMIT which shows the drugs that Hospitals buy and the average price they paid for the same 12 month period. We need to extract that data and align it with the drugs in primary care. This list os likely to be smaller. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/drugs-and-pharmaceutical-electronic-market-information-emit#history We need to use the average cost from this tool. We will then be able to see the price per unit difference between Primary and secondary care but only for the data points where we have two data points. For these drugs, we can see the absolute price difference and the units used in primary care we can thereby calculate how much they spent in primary care at the prices they bought and how much they could have saved if they had access to the hospital prices. We can then extra[polate the % that hospital; ls bu better than Primary care and make an assumption of what could have been save if that % was applied across the total spend. PART TWO The UK government reimburses Pharmacist for drugs using a Drug Tariff and it sets out the price it will pay each month in a drug tariff. https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/pharmacies-gp-practices-and-appliance-contractors/drug-tariff This month is at this link http://www.drugtariff.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/#/00553921-DA/DA00553908/Home The prices are in Part VIII A http://www.drugtariff.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/#/00553921-DA/DA00553554/Part%20VIIIA%20-%20Basic%20Prices%20of%20Drugs%20Product%20List The back copies are here https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/pharmacies-gp-practices-and-appliance-contractors/drug-tariff/back-copies-drug-tariff Occasionally Pharmacist claim they cannot get the drugs I the UK at the price and the government offers a one-month temporary price concession to allow the chemist to pay more and get the drug Here is the list of drugs month by month where the government gave these temporary higher prices. https://psnc.org.uk/dispensing-supply/supply-chain/generic-shortages/ncso-archive/ I want to extract the lines that had NCSO status at all for a period of two years then create tables in powerpoint showing the official price for these drugs in a graph month by month.
