Cosmetic formulations

I own a natural skincare company called Naturally Balmy, and I currently formulate all our skincare products. I could use a little help in coming up with some new products. I'm just in the process of creating some lip oils and hair oils, but would like to come with some more face creams, cleansers and face oils. I'm looking for an experienced cosmetic chemist / formulator to work with. Would you be interested in collaborating?
