Customised SharePoint Intranet with Custom Lists
We require a SharePoint Site to be created which is needed to house records of our client organisations with their associated client information together with service lines which they subscribe to. We currently have an Out of the Box Custom List with multiple Views made on an old in house SharePoint 2007 running on a Windows Server (In house). At a top level, we require records for each client organisation (typical info - address/contact/numbers/key information/category etc We then have multiple products each with a description, unit cost, billing date, billing frequency, category, subcategory, supplier code, supplier, supplier cost, notes These products are allocated to different client organisations so that in essence from SharePoint we want to see all products allocated by Client Organisation, with the ability to search, manipulate the product items quickly and easily. For each product line which has a renewal date, we would want to produce custom lists to know what subscriptions are due and would want them altered by email or indicated on a separate dashboard. We will also need to be able to pull lists of all types of a particular product across all clients and qualify with totals. The existing data is clean and is already categorised by Client Organisation Name. If you can provide additional features/benefits and custom reporting that would be a benefit.

WTA Sales Recording System (MSSQL Database)
We are looking for a web developer to create a database driven application. This is on our own MSSQL Server which has a Wordpresss intranet website and PHP on the server. The initial part of the project will involve linking with our Active Directory users list so only those with assigned permissions will have access to certain menu links. Those who are not assigned permissions will not have the menu link displayed on their intranet page. Administrators will have access to the HQ link where we will set up our OUTLETS and store this information into the MSSQL database. Once created we can then create some POS TERMINALS belonging to each outlet. Each outlet will have a sales grid on the WTA (see attached image and the information below) The main part of the project ("WTA") will allow authorised users to access a weekly grid for recording sales and pay out information for trading in a business. The grid will be a 7 day view (showing Monday to Sunday like the attached image) and the default view is the current week. A date picker will be required to allow users the ability to navigate backwards to a previous 7 day view (Monday to Sunday) to view historical entries. Where no entries exist in the database for sales information this will display as per the attached image. As sales information becomes available, a user should have the ability to click on the blank '£ - 'and the area clicked becomes a text box to enter or edit a value. This will either INSERT or UPDATE into the database for the relevant date and POS Terminal. Where we have multiple POS TERMINALS in an OUTLET, a tab will be required to allow a user to navigate between the sales grid for each terminal. Happy to discuss the project in further detail as offers are submitted. Looking to start on this ASAP. Remote access can be provided to our web server on Splashtop. I am based in the UK so ideally someone on a similar time zone.

We need someone with experience in setting up automation rules in Bitrix 24. The task is to setup a formula like: 1) Deal enters specific stage 2) If after 5 days there is no activity an email is sent to client. 3) Then is still not contact at 10 days, then 15. 4) Also at 15 days the deal will move to 'deal lost' NOTE: It should be setup as 'working days' only. The initial 3 month trial run in 2022 was so successful that the NHS Trust we are working with has decided to roll it out to all 15,000 of their staff. However, it is down to the design of the banner on how well this is taken up by all staff from medical to cleaning staff. Your task would be to come up with strapline and the design with call to action (QR code) to make staff really want to scan the poster/banner/screen protector and download the app from iOS or Android store.

PHP API Intranet system using Vue 3
To modernise an existing intranet system, with the main intention of improving the user experience for the users of the system. The client accesses the database directly using an external database client, therefore the developer will need to build the system on top of the existing database, with any new additions to the database following the existing conventions. The project will require a modern PHP API back-end, using Laravel or Codeigniter 4. The front-end needs to be a single page application built in Vue 3. There will need to be secure, API-driven communication between the front- and back-end using JWT token authentication. The sidebar in the interface needs to be persistent and retain information between different views. Most of the existing features will need to be recreated (requiring an eye for details on the technicalities and edge cases of some of the existing system’s processes). Additional product information will be pulled in through Opencart, and will require a small, secure Opencart modification writing for the client’s existing Opencart 2.3.0.2 website to pull information through to the intranet system securely. The client will also need to add product alerts via Opencart which will need to be pulled through to this system. The product details table will be generated from individual Excel spreadsheets that the client will upload via the system. Each product will have its own spreadsheet. The developer will need to be able to iterate through the spreadsheet in code to pull all of the information out, safely import it into the database and render out this data in the application. This import will be able to be run by the client for any product at any time, therefore the import process will need to identify any issues with the spreadsheet to prevent import failure. The following skills will be required: Strong knowledge of Laravel 9 (or Codeigniter 4) Strong foundational knowledge of PHP and MySQL Strong knowledge of Vue 3, knowledge of Pinia may be required Knowledge of Opencart 2.3.x.x module development Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript Ability to create user interfaces with good UX in mind Wireframe available on request
