I run a fast-growing packaged food brand and I’m ready to hand over day-to-day social media management to an agency that lives and breathes short-form content. Instagram is the top growth priority, yet I also want consistent, platform-specific output on TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. The end goal is crystal-clear: turn viewers into customers. Here’s what I need you to own from start to finish: • Content strategy that maps directly to reach, engagement, and—above all—sales conversions • A daily posting schedule, planned and queued in advance, with nothing blindly reposted; every clip should feel native to its destination • Short-form video production and editing that leans on emotional, inspiring storytelling—strong hooks, punchy pacing, on-screen captions, trending audio, the works • Captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action crafted for each platform’s voice • Ongoing trend research so we’re never late to the conversation • Basic performance tracking and a concise report each month highlighting wins, learnings, and next steps Raw product shots, recipe footage, and brand assets are ready on our side; you’ll transform them into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and Shorts using the editing tools you prefer (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut—your call). If your team has a proven track record of scaling food, lifestyle, or DTC brands with organic reach and emotionally resonant storytelling, I’d love to see your work and discuss how we can grow together.

22 days ago13 proposalsRemoteAudioDrama Editor
Hello, EDIT: This project currently has 3 candidates, you are free to apply but I will be focusing on these individuals first. Thank you. I am looking for someone to edit the audio files for my audiodrama based on A Tale of Four Mages written by me. The files will be downloaded from Google Drive and uploaded to the same place. You will need to sign a contract as the product you will be working on is copywritten by me and produced by Dorrance Publishing. The contract will specifically be between you and me (the owner of the rights) This is a long-term recurring project, A Tale of Four Mages has 56 chapters, an epilogue and we are on chapter 8. I also have 12 other books; many are awaiting publication (future work). Your first task will be to arrange the files in order. The files come in chapter sets of 1 to 4. The narrator has been instructed to properly number these files for easier editing. Your second task will be to eliminate noises and mistakes from the narrator as best you can. The narrator is young and a mouth breather, but she is willing to learn and has a good attitude. At this point you will upload the first file, a clean version with no sound effects. Your third task will be to add sound effects as needed to create a scene. Ex; footsteps, bootsteps, magic usage, wind, trees rustling, snoring, etc. Some single scenes may require up to five sounds at a time. Many scenes will need unique or modified sounds, so they are a little different from one another. Changing speed, pitch, volume, etc will accomplish this. Videos will need to be 8-12 minutes each. Videos will need a 20-40 minute build up before the narration and a 20-40 minute breakdown after. Length is determined by the narration length. You will be expected to produce one edited video per two weeks, but this can go up to a video every week once my current publication is finished and I get another narrator. Payment Name your price, we can haggle if necessary but once we agree on something that is the pay we go with. I have a reputation for developing long-term working relationships with my clients, often giving them first dibs on multiple paying jobs. I offer bonuses for hard work, but I am not made of money. I also offer advanced pay when applicable. All these details and more will be covered in the contract. Do you have any questions? How much are you willing to do this per video? 13 days ago27 proposalsRemoteTranslation and Localisation Proofing (English to Thai)
We are looking for a native Thai speaker with professional-level language expertise to support the localisation of short elearning content from English to Thai. Native-level fluency is essential, as this work requires nuanced judgement around tone, pacing, and cultural appropriateness. We are currently localising five short AI and Cyber Security elearning courses from English to Thai. Each course is approximately three to five minutes and includes knowledge check questions. We are looking for support on an hourly basis to review, listen to, and edit the Thai translations directly within our authoring software. You will need to watch five short animations and check that the audio is accurate, correctly paced, and of good quality, with captions properly synced to the voiceover. The task will also include checking multiple choice questions and course descriptions against the original English scripts. This review will be carried out by you, not AI. If this is of interest, please let us know your availability and your hourly rate. We can then set up a short Google Meet call to walk you through the workflow and briefly explain the software we are using. Review Objective Ensure that translations of multiple choice questions, course descriptions, and videos are accurate, culturally appropriate, and suitable for a professional learning audience. Review Scope and Guidelines The batch will include five course descriptions, question sets, and videos. Multiple Choice Questions and Course Descriptions You will only review the already translated Thai text. Accuracy and clarity are critical. Translations must be fully accurate to the original English meaning. Tone should be slightly less formal while remaining professional. Translations must be culturally appropriate for a Thai audience. Please review main course titles and apply correct Thai title casing and conventions. Videos Check that voiceovers are correctly synchronised with the animation and preserve the intended meaning. Confirm that language and tone are appropriate, slightly less formal, and culturally sensitive. Review pacing to ensure the voiceover is not too fast. Proper pacing is essential for learner comprehension. If pacing is too fast, shorten the translation while preserving clarity and meaning. Ensure any shortened versions still accurately convey the original message. Appropriate pacing and clarity should support an engaging and effective learning experience.
7 days ago4 proposalsRemoteColour banding fix, posterisation fix, masking for short film
Objectives * The objective of this project is to tidy-up some of the scenes in a short film. Deliverables * To remove or reduce banding in some shots. To remove or reduce posterisation in other shots. And to mask a small object in a couple of other shots. If anything else is spotted during the ‘clean-up’ then we can take a view as to whether it is distracting enough to warrant a tidy up. This may include some colour grading to match existing shots once banding issues etc have been resolved. Timescale * To begin as soon as possible. This should hopefully not be a long process, but it would be important to ‘walk through’ the video with a view to picking up on any other spurious challenges. Much of the video is fine, but when it’s not fine, it is quite noticeable - particularly (as you might imagine) on larger screens. Hopefully everything should be easily completed within a week after the ‘walkthrough’. Spec * Editing to be done in Final Cut Pro if possible. That’s not absolutely essential. However any rendered file would need to be able to be imported and also edited in Final Cut Pro. Files should be rendered in 4k, highest bit rate possible. The file to be edited has already had some grading done. It’s not pro res footage. Context * This is a short zero budget Indie Film. Music, soundscape and pro audio have yet to be added. I’d like to do that after this work is done. The film itself is mystery/spooky/metaphorical and would probably be rated as no more than PG if it were in such a classification system. N.B. Re the aforementioned ‘walkthrough’, I would really like to talk through the film (which is circa 10 mins long) whilst pointing out what is specifically required. To that end, someone based in the Central Belt of Scotland would be preferred. Not absolutely essential but I think things would be smoother, easier, more straightforward that way. Yes that might mean meeting in a cafe and going over it. I’ll buy the coffee. And of course more details are available if required. Thank you

Complete existing Android (Kotlin) app to match React Native app
Overview We have an existing multi-module Android Kotlin project that is partially implemented. We also have a working React Native app that represents the “source of truth” for features and user flows. We need an experienced Android developer to finish the Android app to match the React Native version (UI/UX + functionality + API integration), and deliver a production-ready build. What you’ll do • Review the existing Android codebase and the React Native app to understand required flows and screens. • Implement missing Android screens, business logic, and networking to reach full feature parity with React Native. • Integrate with existing backend APIs (authentication, catalog, cart, orders/checkout, profile, etc. as per RN app). • Ensure consistent UX behavior with RN: validations, error states, loading states, empty states, navigation, and edge cases. • Fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues found during implementation. • Add/complete unit tests where appropriate and basic UI tests for critical flows (as agreed). • Prepare release builds and ensure the app is stable on common Android devices/versions. Scope / expected parity areas (examples) (These must match the React Native app behavior.) • Auth: login/register, logout, token/session handling, refresh, forgot password (if present) • Startup flow: splash/startup checks, session restore, routing • Home/Catalog: categories, product list, product details, search/filter/sort (if present) • Cart: add/remove/update qty, totals, promo codes (if present) • Checkout/Orders: address, payment method flow (if applicable), place order, order history/status • Profile: user info, addresses, settings • Networking: consistent API models, error mapping, retries/timeouts as needed • State/UI: consistent loaders, toasts/snackbars, offline/empty handling Tech requirements • Strong experience with Android Kotlin (production apps) • Modern Android stack: Coroutines/Flow, Retrofit/OkHttp, Jetpack (Navigation, ViewModel), Room (if used), Material UI • Familiar with DI (Hilt/Dagger/Koin) and clean architecture patterns • Ability to read React Native code to mirror flows/logic (no need to write RN) • Solid debugging, code quality, and testing mindset Deliverables • Completed Android app achieving feature parity with the React Native app • Clean, maintainable code (consistent style, no hardcoded secrets, proper error handling) • Working builds: • Debug APK • Release AAB/APK (as required) • Short setup/build documentation (README update): environment, build steps, signing (if applicable) • A checklist of implemented features + any known limitations Acceptance criteria (how we’ll verify) • All major user journeys match the React Native app (screen-by-screen and behavior). • No crashes in standard flows; critical bugs resolved. • API calls match backend expectations; auth/session works reliably. • App builds successfully on a clean machine using documented steps. Engagement details • Start: ASAP • Timeline: propose an estimate after initial review (typically 2–6 weeks depending on gaps) • Communication: daily/regular updates with progress + blockers • Work style: milestone-based delivery (recommended) To apply, please include • 2–3 relevant Android apps/projects you’ve shipped • Your suggested architecture/approach for achieving RN parity efficiently • Estimated timeline and cost (milestones) • Any risks you foresee after a quick repo review What we will provide • Android Kotlin repository + React Native repository • API base URLs / environments + test accounts • Any UI references (screenshots/videos) if needed

I am looking for an attorney who is an expert in legal matters surrounding film funding, for commercial exhibition and distribution. I am inspired by director Sam Raimi and his team's method of sourcing investors for 'Evil Dead' (1981), by first crafting the legal contract with an attorney before approaching investors. The investors were promised a percentage of the revenue generated. I am yet unclear what the sources of generation of revenue for my project can be (ie. TV, galleries and museums, cinema theatres, video on demand?). What sets my work apart, is that I have already produced and finalised the audio track (soundtrack) of the project in the entirety, and 15 minutes of the actual film is already produced, the length of the work will be in the 40-45 minutes range. I am looking to raise 4400-4500 USD. Here is information that I was able to uncover about the preproduction and funding of 'Evil Dead' (1981), through an AI response generation platform: "before Sam Raimi (along with producer Rob Tapert and star Bruce Campbell) went out to raise money for The Evil Dead (1981), they legally structured the way they would take investments by having an attorney prepare a formal investment document. Here’s what that involved: The Legal Document They Prepared Raimi and his collaborators consulted a Detroit lawyer (Phil Gillis, a friend of Tapert’s family) to get legal advice on raising funds. Based on that advice, they formed a limited partnership — a legal entity — which became Renaissance Pictures. The attorney helped them draft a limited-partnership offering document (often called a limited partnership agreement or legal offering prospectus in that context). This document was the legal contract they would show to potential investors when soliciting funds. What the Document Contained The offering document essentially laid out the key terms of the investment opportunity: Structure of the partnership: It defined the limited partnership — Renaissance Pictures — as the legal vehicle for the project. Investment terms: It explained that the filmmakers were selling shares in the movie; they offered up to fifteen shares at $10,000 each. Escrow conditions: All investment money was to go into an escrow account that could not be accessed by the filmmakers until a minimum number of shares — nine, or $90,000 — had been sold. This was the amount they estimated they needed to begin shooting. Rights, risks, and responsibilities: It spelled out what investors owned, what risks they were taking, and the rights and duties of the partners and the investors. Return projections: Raimi and his team promised investors they could double their investment in two years — though that was essentially a projection/bluff to help attract financing. Investor communications: The plan included sending out bi-weekly newsletters on production progress and giving each investor two tickets to the world premiere. Purpose of the Document The main goal of this legal document was to: Make the offer to investors legally credible — having a formal limited partnership and a written offering made the project look legitimate rather than an informal “friends chasing a dream.” Comply with legal requirements for selling investments — even in a small independent film context, the sale of shares had to be structured to protect both the filmmakers and the investors. Set clear terms for who owned what and what investors could expect — including how and when funds could be used and what rights investors received in return. The finished legal offering document was then presented to friends, family, and local professionals (doctors, lawyers, business owners, etc.) as they attempted to raise the funds needed for production." What I practically need from you as an attorney - in the entertainment industry - is what source of revenue I can promise to my investor, in what way, and how to divide or sell, and promise the work to the investor.
