The videos should feel bright, warm, modern and visually polished, with strong movement, expressions and visual storytelling. They should be engaging without being overly busy or overstimulating, and easy for young children to follow. Most importantly, the animation should support the lyrics and learning moments within each song rather than simply placing unrelated movement over the music. ## The character The main character is **Natey, a young Black British boy**. An established visual direction already exists and reference imagery will be provided. Maintaining Natey’s appearance consistently across scenes and across different videos is extremely important. The wider world should feel diverse, friendly, colourful and relatable to preschool-aged children. ## Scope of work For each project, I will provide the final audio track, lyrics and overall concept. I am looking for support with some or all of the following: * Visual concept development and storyboarding * Scene and background creation * Character animation * Lip-sync where appropriate * Dance and movement sequences * Educational visual cues such as numbers, colours, letters and shapes * Transitions and scene changes * Editing and timing animation accurately to the music * Final export ready for YouTube I am happy to work collaboratively on the storyboard and creative direction before animation begins. ## Style I am looking for **high-quality 3D or polished 2D/3D children’s animation**. The intention is not to copy another children’s channel, but the quality should feel strong enough to sit naturally alongside established preschool content on YouTube. Character consistency is essential. Natey should not change noticeably between scenes or videos. I would also like characters, environments and other assets to be reusable where possible so that we can gradually build a recognisable Natey world rather than starting again for every song. ## Initial project The first project will be **one 2–3 minute animated song/video as a paid trial**, with the intention of developing an ongoing relationship if the collaboration works well. There is already a growing catalogue of songs, so there is potential for regular work. ## Deliverables For each completed video, I would expect: * Final full-resolution 16:9 video * Minimum 1080p, ideally 4K where appropriate * Clean master without watermarks * Editable/project files where agreed * Reusable character/background assets where applicable * High-quality stills or frames that could be used for thumbnails Any AI tools used within the production process must be disclosed, particularly where they could affect character consistency, commercial usage rights or ownership of the finished assets. ## Rights This is a commercial children’s brand, so appropriate commercial usage rights will be required for the finished animation and agreed assets. I am making an animated web series and I need someone to turn finished storyboard frames into moving shots using AI video tools. THE WORK Every scene is storyboarded shot for shot and the imagery is already final. You take those stills and the recorded dialogue, animate each shot with tools like Veo 3 or Grok, tidy the lip sync against the audio as far as the tools allow, and flag any line where the performance will not hold up so I can get it redubbed. You send the scene back to me as a draft. HOW WE WORK Everything lives in Dropbox. You pull the scene folder and drop your renders back in the same place. I cut in Premiere Pro and the rest of the Adobe suite, so I want clean MP4s per shot or per scene at the frame rate and resolution in the folder, with no titles or effects burnt in. THE SCALE The series runs to six or seven hours of finished content, so this is months of work and thousands of pounds over the run. I'm building a new children’s entertainment and family leisure brand centred around an original cast of characters and their rainforest world. I’m looking for a talented character illustrator and/or animator who wants to become part of the project over the long term. This is not a one off illustration job. The ambition is to build a recognisable children’s brand spanning physical venues, social media, animation, stories, books, merchandise, websites, marketing, packaging and more. What already exists The brand direction and two principal characters are established, alongside a developing supporting cast and fictional rainforest world. I want to produce 4 animated product videos around 10 seconds long each, showing Skittles packs and skittles in an animated way.
