Alfresco and Activiti: Design a workflow in Activiti usable inside Alfresco Share
General information for the website: Alfresco and Activiti: Design a workflow in Activiti usable inside Alfresco Share starting from an existing document using a business rule Kind of development: Customization of existing website Description of every page/module: Design of a workflow using Activiti 6 and visible into Alfresco share interface. The workflow starts by the presence of a document inserted by an employee (Employee group) The completed invoice goes to the approval stage and there an approver (Approvers group) can approve it, reject it or ask for revision. If it is rejected, the invoice goes to the Rejected status. If it is ask for a revision, the invoice goes back to the initiator to do list for revision. If the invoice is approved then a business rule read the total amount: if this is = 100 then the invoice has to be approved by a higher level manager (Manager group). The manager can approve, reject or ask for a revision. If it is rejected, the invoice goes to the Rejected status. If it is ask for a revision, the invoice goes back to the initiator to do list for revision. If it is approved the invoice goes to the Approved status. Description of requirements/features: No software installation is required: Alfresco 5 and Activiti 6 are already installed and working into Ubuntu 16 LTE VM environment. No document type or keyword (Models) has to be inserted or modified in Alfresco, because are already there. No user or group have to be inserted in Alfresco or Activiti since they are already there. Much preferable using the Activiti workflow design rather than Eclipse (wich is present). Installing other software is unwanted unless strictly necessary since this VM shall be as light as possible. A second step could be integrating Alfresco and Activiti with Openldap. but this is a very secondary step. If you now how to do it it is a matter of less than 2 hours job. Extra services needed: Customization Specific technologies required: Alfresco 6, Activiti 6 Extra notes:
Configure and teach Alfresco Activiti
I have to configure and learn how to do it an Activiti 6 Community ediiton instance and create a simple workflow, visible on Alfresco Community edition. All must be on line on my virtual machine and recorded via teamviewer. The tools are installed and partially largely configurated on Ubuntu (Ubuntu VM, Alfresco 201707 community edition, Activiti 6.0.0 Community edition, Eclipse with Activity extension, OpenLdap) All the job can be done in 5 hours.
