Casablanca, MANot only is Harvey a lovely person, he is one of the most hardworking people I have ever worked with. I needed "simple" help to recover a lost link (which Harvey went above and beyond to recover but also showed me how to do it for myself), he also gave me advice on my social media that was much needed. Within a few days I have seen an increase in engagement and followers! May I also add how patient Harvey is! Couldn't recommend him more for any marketing/website work!

London, GBWe paid £250 for a month worth of social media campaign, unfortunately the service took long as after 1 month no posts have been sent out and we ended up having to pay £100 out of the £250 for 8 images, no posts , no social media. Good luck.

I delivered the first batch of content after 5 days as we agreed on our initial phone call, and you then requested for numerous revisions to be made, which I delivered on-time. I didn't send out any content on your numerous social channels as I was waiting for this to be approved. I feel that it's crucial for the client to approve the content before I go ahead and start posting this and using it to grow your online presence without permission. I created 10 animated GIFs for you, along with 10 text posts rather than just 8 images as your review states. I have over 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, and I'm hugely disappointed to receive such a negative review after I went above and beyond to meet your requirements. The partial cost paid was a small contribution to my time, and the various assets I delivered to you. I invested hours into creating this content, and we agreed that a partial payment was fair. I would like to wish you the best of luck with your future endeavours, and I hope that you find a suitable social media manager to work with in the future.
