3D New Dwelling design

Want a 3d Model in sktech up. After initial 3D model want to have some 3D CGI. Following that have a 3D CGI walkthrough in twinmotion render. We want an all in price and comparability that all the above programmes are used so we can see the walkthroughs on our meta quest 3.
