Product Scraper, Dutch Translation & WooCommerce Sync

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a reliable system that can automatically collect product data from an external marketplace and synchronize it with WooCommerce. The project involves approximately 13,000 products. The system should be able to: - collect product information and images; - structure the product data correctly; - translate relevant product content into Dutch; - create and update products in WooCommerce; - detect product changes; - identify products that are no longer available; - keep WooCommerce synchronized automatically on a recurring basis; - run reliably with minimal manual intervention. The source marketplace uses DataDome. I am intentionally not specifying the technical implementation. I am looking for someone who can independently assess the project and determine the most suitable and reliable solution. SELF-HOSTED SCRAPER REQUIRED The developer must build, install, and configure a custom scraper that runs automatically on my own server, including translation and recurring synchronization with my WooCommerce store. I require an operational system, not a one-time data export. The fixed price must include complete source code, server installation, configuration, documentation, and a working end-to-end system. I have an XLS file, with 2095 records. The records currently include a business name, and rough area of where that business is based. The businesses are all Campsites / Caravan Sites or Holiday park style locations. The job on offer here is to search online sources and match up these businesses to an E-mail address, website address, and phone number. AI is not acceptable for this task alone - it doesn't match well where names are close together, or similar. This needs a human.
