I need someone who can produce two detailed 2D floor plans, one for each of a pair of buildings from the PDF building regulations floor plans, showing key features. Troubleshooting | Can't access my worldpress site (plugin-issue)

Hi, I can't access my worldpress site (www.poppvision.at). Once tryin to go to the admin page I get the below error message. Might be that one of the plugins does not work and causes everything to crash. I heard that there is a way to access/temporaritly deactivate the plugins via phpMyAdmin, however i do no not know how this works.
