Aoife's Story

I would like a 12 minute video made from a storyboard. I have created regarding the death of a patient in hospital. It will be used as a learning tool for medical and nursing staff - it is based on a real story from Ireland which is in the public domain. It will require narration and some background music. Could you please provide me with a costing and a rought timeline for completion.
