Description: My duties at EIBS involve both development and architectural work. The last project I worked on was the to re-develop the administration area and make it MVC based instead web forms. This also involved introducing a REST API for plugin development using WCF, updates to the database to support Sql Server 2008 features and leveraging .NET 4. This was a substantial shift from the existing .NET 2.0 solution.

As team leader, I organise the work into Sprints and tasks with the Project
Manager and allocate to the other developers. As architect I specify the direction
to take in completing these tasks as part of the bigger picture and as developer
I take on the harder tasks and break them down so the less experienced team members
have a structure to work to.
Chemistry have standardised their code base on the MVP pattern for all web projects
and I have extended this with additional framework code and supporting libraries and
