Write a word counter script for Korean words

Should be like in this example: http://mwultong.blogspot.com/2008/02/200-word-counter.html Should be done in Javascript, CSS and HTML. No J-query please.
Needs to work exactly like the one in the example, giving the same word counts for Korean words or will not get paid. Should be able to be mounted on my website (Joomla) before payment given. Should complete within 24 hours of acceptance of the job. Should have instructions in English: "Paste your text in the window."
"Word count: 0" "0" is the default. Should have a "Clear" function to empty the box just like in the example.
