Job Overview
A rapidly expanding, cloud computing consulting and online marketing company is looking to recruit a commission only Sales Associate to sell seats for on-site training workshops and online webinars.

We require an experienced Sales Associate to join our organization based in the Southeast US, but our services are World Wide. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales forward within a cloud-computing-thinking organization.
THE ROLE: Part-time (5-hours/week) commission only position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: generating sales; identifying new business opportunities by researching relevant businesses and contacting relevant individuals by phone and email; developing relationships with existing clients; logging all client information into an online project system; generating quality leads and appointments; and organizing a monthly training schedule.
As part of the sales team, you will conduct B2B outbound calls in order to promote and sell a full range of software training workshops seats.
You will contact prospects from a supplied database as well as canvassing for new business using other sources.
Opportunities may exist for external client visits/meetings from time to time.
On an average week you will make up to 50 dials.
You will work to daily, weekly and monthly targets that will be met.
Excellent customer service, Rapport building and closing skills are required to develop new and existing accounts and win repeat orders.
REQUIREMENTS :
*Work remote from SOHO
*Mobile Access (Smartphone, Cell phone, Internet Phone)
*Wifi Capability (Portable laptop with webcam)
SKILLS REQUIRED
Outbound Telesales Experience with a proven track record.
Excellent Communication Skills and telephone manner.
Ability to plan and execute a rigorous outbound calling campaign.
Ability to work on own initiative and be adaptable to new situations/products.
Ability to post to social media networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Knowledge of the Internet (cloud-computing helpful, branding, , Software Webinars and Workshops).
Knowledge of MS Software packages inc, Office, Power Point, Excel.
Knowledge of Zoho online office applications is a plus.
Experience of communicating and presenting to decision makers up to Director and CEO.
Probe, Sell and closing ability with individuals and groups at all levels.
OUR GOAL:
Our goal is to be the leader in the cloud computing SaaS online office services by offering Zoho demos, Workshops and Webinars to small and mid-size businesses. Our aim is to set reasonable sales goals and work our way up. We offer a great commission package and a great starting point earning potential, $2,326 monthly OTE current 20% cap at 30%, before advancement to the next sales level with a higher percentage rate. You will be working with a vibrant, supportive and technology savvy professional team who enjoy conducting training sessions.
