Description
Experience Level: Expert
We are Stellar Select, a financial services recruitment agency. We’ve been in business for 13 years recruiting for some of the UK’s leading mortgage lenders, banks and building societies. We are looking to secure the services of a talented WordPress specialist who will be able to design and deliver a new recruitment website for us to bring our online presence up to date with modern trends. We have recently contracted a freelancer to redevelop our logo and branding, so the website will need to maintain consistency with some of the themes of their work.
Scope of Project
The website should be responsive, clearly structured with user experience in mind, highly optimized for mobile devices (or alternatively mobile users can be directed to a mobile site) and most importantly beautifully designed. The website should also have a high level of security and encryption as it will be processing personal data and will need to be compliant with the forthcoming EU General Data Protection Regulation. We will also require the website to be optimised for SEO and we are open to creating a further agreement for future SEO and support services.
We will also require a degree of integration with our CRM (Bullhorn) and our CRM integrated job posting software (Broadbean). We can supply a WordPress plugin for the latter, but we will require someone capable of mapping extra fields of data from the website to Broadbean and vice versa. Broadbean is a one stop shop for posting one job advert across multiple job boards. When a candidate applies for a role, the job board forwards the application to Broadbean, which then acts as a gateway for us to review the application before parsing it to our CRM. In this area, we flag the candidates based on suitability for the role (green, yellow and red). We would like anyone who applies for a vacancy on our website and has created an account to be able to see a history of their success against the applications they have applied for based on our flagging.
In regards to our CRM, we would like an element of automation when a candidate who has created an account on our website modifies their details. If a change is made, we would like to be notified of this via email and for the matching CRM record to be updated with the new information. The criteria for matching the record will likely be the following items: First Name, Last Name, Mobile No. and Email.
API documentation can be found here;
http://developer.bullhorn.com/
https://api.adcourier.com/docs/ - http://wpbroadbean.com/
The core focus of the website will be geared towards candidates searching for work, as opposed to any infrastructure to support client servicing, however we will require areas of the website dedicated to providing information and case studies for clients as well as lead generation.
Some of the key elements that the site will require;
• Sign-up Forms (with hints, possibly even logic, checkboxes, upload attachments)
• Lead Generation Forms (Convert users likely to bounce etc)
• Appointment Scheduler for Client area that integrates and checks availability of Outlook 365 calendar to arrange a call
• Case Studies & Testiomonails
• Candidate Portal with following;
o Login/Register via social accounts
o History of jobs applied for including success of application based on how application has been flagged
o Upcoming Appointment dates (Pulled from CRM to display candidate’s next appointment scheduled with us or a client)
o Edit Account and Personal Details
o Setup job alerts
o Favourited jobs
• Searchable job board with job listings and filters (search by keyword, location, distance, salary, category)
• Similar jobs attached to Job page
• Apply for job via LinkedIn
• Featured Jobs
• Job and Email Alerts
• Favourite Jobs
• CV/File Upload and Creator: Candidate can upload file attachment or alternatively create CV within website using fields and free text
• Blog Portal
• Live chat system
• Calls to action
Deadline
We are looking for our project to be delivered in a timeframe of 4-6 weeks. We can provide the copywriting for the website, but we are happy to also be advised on this. Ideally we would like proposals that include the use and full customization of an existing WordPress theme (recruitment themed or other) to hit the timeframe that we have proposed as well as the inclusion of any purchasing of any related media/photography included in the price.
The JobCareer theme is one example that contains most of the infrastructure that we need: http://chimpgroup.com/demo/?theme=jobcareer

Are you still accepting quotes for this job or have you picked a developer? I've worked with Bullhorn before on a bespoke build. Also nicely writter job specification!
