Description of requirements/functionality: Hello
We require a WMS/logistics program and asset register to manage all our purchased products, from mop buckets, to bandages, to controlled drugs and finally assets such as desks and printers.
These facilities are then handed over to local governments to continue running after we have left hence needs to be simple, robust and
For that reason, we need a completed product and not a monthly subscription service.
We are using Google Sheets at present, and by in large it works, but it is manual and we need it automatic and more user friendly so this is why we need it to be further developed. What we want could definitely be done by Excel VBA, but we need it on the web, hence Google Sheets. If we pass over a Google Sheets version, it needs to be the free account version as the organisations won’t maintain monthly Google Apps costs.
If Google Sheets is not a realistic proposition, then we would consider other options as provided. It must be self hosted and a completed project.
What I describe in requirements by in large is available in most inventory systems so I may have explained more than required. We just need a trimmed down logistics and asset package which allows multi location support. We do not need invoicing, billing, costs.
Specific technologies required: Google Aps API, PHP, MySQL
