Webdesign anime streaming video site for desktop and mobile version

We need new design for an anime streaming site.

In total we need 4 designs: homepage and videopage both in mobile and desktop (not responsive)
Our budget is 400$ (100$ for each design.)
- All designs in psd and xhtml 1.0 Transitional -format
- Design has to have his own Corperate identity/style; has to Compete with other streaming anime websites like:animefushigi.com, soul-anime.net, anime4you.com, waoanime.tv, animehail.com, animefake.com, animeflavor.com etc.
- Logo (animeonline.tv) has to catch the eye, examples; hentaistream.com, doujinreader.com, animefushigi.com, animerelief.com
- The navigation bar items names and tabs has to be the same as attachment.
- The sidebar is 300px wide
- Max width for overall page (navigation bar) is 950px, but if you want it more wide we can discuss that
- Adboxes are 300x250px
- Known to Anime series is a plus!
- Please apply only if you have 3 years of experience or more.
