I need a new web based tool that shall support the easy and fast schematic modeling of warehouses for anybody. Different layouts may be entered by the user and tested regarding efficiency.
Functionalities
2-D-modelling with 2-D and 3-D-animations (second step)
Definition of templates for warehouse elements (racks, conveyors, areas, forklifts, carts ...)
Simple definition of racks and properties of bins
Creation of warehouse layouts (dimensions, drawing grid)
Population of layouts with objects (the defined templates)
Definition of paths for picking and replenishment
Definition of constraints (no. of workers, load, ...)
Dynamic animation for a given set of orders
Administration of models
Reporting and graphs
Multi-language
Interfaces to other system
