Web design/project management support role
We’re a small web agency near Richmond & Barnes in South West London. We’re looking for a bright young individual who has a good grasp of web design, and can deal directly with clients and manage their work for the next 2 months.
The role requires candidates to:
- take a clients brief and design exquisite websites
- be able to manage client changes to websites
- deal directly with clients and other third parties
- project manage the work (deliver the work on time, to budget and to a high quality)
- provide support for our email marketing service
This role is ideal for a candidate that can demonstrate they:
- are a quick learner and be able to work by themselves
- have a good eye for design
- understand HTML and CSS
- can work directly with the client and third parties
- can deliver work to the right quality first time
- can accurately carry out clients’ requests and changes
- are professional and presentable
- are happy to deal with ad hoc queries/tasks
- are happy to help with sales, marketing and general admin
- handle clients on a day-to-day basis
Personal qualities:
Positive attitude, dedicated, organised, proactive, bright, diligent, patient, personable, creative, reliable.
Ideally, you'd need to have:
- a good knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, Div tags, CSS, Flash and Coreldraw.
- a basic understanding of PHP, SEO and email newsletters
Professional qualifications:
- Not essential. A portfolio and ability to demonstrate skills is more important.
Duration: 2 months (if successful longer)
Hours per week: ideally 35 hours, min 20 hours
Location: office is in Mortlake (you would need to work from our office)
