We have an Excel database of some 5700 UK hotels.
These all have a recorded web URL. The task should you decide to bid for it is simple ( but long ) to trawl through these web sites to discover and record the respective emails.
Additional top up information can be gleaned from the web sites such as a contact name and number of rooms/size of hotel. Also useful would be an eyeball check on address and phone number.
If you are not familiar with this general type hotel web site we will give pointers on how to go about finding the data. Your search method will develop with short practice.
Obviously the data is of value and we must caution that it is seeded to prevent leakage into the wrong hands out there in cyber space!
A sample of the data is as attached. The essential bit to achieve is in the red column. Blue would be a nice to have’
We would like a job done before 21 Dec ’ rate.
In response to questions received so far but that would have been further explained in the final brief:
Contactname: If there is an actual name (rarely) for a Proprietor/Manager/Sales Manager etc. on the web site that is what we’d like
Size of hotel/number of rooms: This can affect how we subsequently address the contact with the hotel. Eg. A small owner managed’ hotel is unlikely to have a Director of Sales’
So • if it can be determined by actual room numbers or an educated guess from the hotel photograph • let’s say
Small Hotel is up to 10 rooms = Contact Name The Proprietor.
Medium Hotel 11-30 rooms = Contact name The Manager’.
Large hotel 31+ = Contact name Director of Sales’
