Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
General information for the business: We inspect industrial wind turbine generator blades using automated drones carrying high resolution cameras.
Industry: Technology
Description of analysis: SkySpecs needs several "Blade Analysts" to perform the initial inspection of high resolution images of the large blades (35-50 meters) on industrial size wind turbine generator towers. Initial inspections would then be reviewed by qualified blade repair engineers and technicians. Initial inspection is primarily focused on identifying "anomalies" such as chips in gel-coat (paint), lightning strike damage, leading edge erosion etc. Training would be provided. Initial inspections for anomalies are pretty straight-forward. Estimate 45 minutes to inspect all images for all 3 blades on each tower using the SkySpecs web based portal which can be accessed remotely.

I have few queries -
1- Just to confirm - Estimated time to inspect a set of images is 45 minutes for three blades of one turbine.
2- What's the quantity of images in one set?
3- How many inspection(s) you plan to assign 'blade analyst' a day.Hiag A.11 Jan 20171) Yes, about 45 minutes to complete all 3 blades on one turbine
2) total # of images per tower between 200 and 250 images
3) We will assign work based on the number of hours a person can work. We will need to be able to assign work and have it done within 3-5 business days. We want to find people that will consistently get work done each week during our busy season from April through June. We expect to need 3-4 people.
