I'm battling regarding how to approach this Sally. I've got 20 years practical experience of business at or close to C-Level executive level in the UK and overseas. I've written about 50 business articles as a sideline over the past few years, all on a paid for basis. I didn't drive the content of these the buyer did, but the fact that the buyer paid is a statement that the quality must be ok.
On top of two business professional qualifacations I have a part time qualifacation in Sports Psychology. No coaching as such but not far off that theme. I've also amassed a huge catalogue of writing about motivation, innovation and similar topics. I've done so without having the time or specific purpose to do anything with these. As a further aside I'm one of the few people who has worked for two UK founded 'unicorns' which are seen as the pinnacle of Government policy to promote Entrepreneurship and also the holy grail for those investing in fledling companies and ventures. This has given me a unique insight into how business practices and processes were established to meet these phenomenal growth stories.
Therefore I'm not an editor or a VA as you've advertised. I'm not a qualified coach, but I have seen elite performance achieved in business first hand. I've even opened up quite a few lobbying channels that I use to comment on UK business policy.
None of this fits in snugly with your postings. However your organisation does seem to want to take some new positive steps. One point of consideration, and there maybe others, is whether you might consider outsourcing the production/collation of your previously mentioned publication/newsletter under appropriate guidlines or instruction of course.
Anyway I'm open to sugestion regarding how I maybe of some commercial assistance to your body..?Sally J.17 Feb 2017Dear Francis,
Thank you for your message and for the overview of your experience.
If you are interested in applying to this or any role, please do send us a proposal via PPH and we will respond accordingly. Many thanks.
Kind regards,
SallyFrancis E.17 Feb 2017I will withdraw my bid on or after Thurs 23rd if no working arrangement can be formed by that time. Happy to provide examples of what I would consider appropriate content for your organisation's newsletter or magazine.

Tks for your note this morning Sally. I don't send CV's for two reasons... this is an online communication with a counterparty that I don't know, I would not send my CV to such. Secondly I am a freelance, small business, a service provider. I don't intend to be employed by you. If you are looking to create a mutually beneficial business relationship, and you see me as an equal party in this arrangement why don't you send me your CV, or attach it to your brief.
Moving on I could perhaps send you a brief note outlining some experience and why I'd be suitable for this?Sally J.16 Feb 2017Dear Francis,
Thank you for your note.
We are an industry body for the Executive Coaching industry and as such do not have a CV. We work with a lot of freelance people, none of whom are employed by us and enjoy a mutually beneficial arrangement with them.
If you would like to find out more about us, please have a look at our website – www.associationforcoaching.com.
If you are still interested in this opportunity, then please send us your background, experience and why you think you would be good for this role.
Kind regards,
SallyFrancis E.16 Feb 2017I did of course review your bodies website Sally. I'll try to forward you something appropriate

May I ask what happened to your editorial assistant role?
Sally J.16 Feb 2017Thank you for your interest. We are currently recruiting for two VA roles; unfortunately, the PPH moderators denied our Editorial Assistant post as they thought it was a duplicate.
This should be rectified shortly, and we look forward to seeing your application if this role is of interest.
Kind regards,
Sally Johansson
