Security Business Development Manager Required for a Manned Security and Door Supervisor Company working throughout the United Kingdom. This is an exciting home-based 'in the field' role where you will develop business on an agreed hourly rate. We are looking for enthusiastic, professional persons who are up for the challenge of being part of a team to take this young company to new heights. You will need to be polite and have an excellent telephone manner. The ideal candidate would have an experience in developing business and a proven track record of maintaining excellent client relationships, this role would suit a 'go-getter' people person.
The role will include approaching businesses such as bars/pubs/clubs/retail/construction to offer our services, and you will be involved with everything from the first phone call to the last meeting before the contract would start. Responsible for developing new business within the areas stated below;

Is this a telesales role or field sales on the road meeting people face to face?
Could you clarify how much time say on a weekly basis you would require?
Also would you consider this as a home based role to be able close without having to undertake the field sales?
