Vtiger CRM custom module development. One time project job

Description of requirements/functionality: This is a project based position. We do have a lot of vtiger related projects that needs to be completed so we may require your help again in the next weeks

If you deliver correctly this could turn into a full-time position.

*** Tasks List / Requirements ***

Build a custom Vtiger module with the following features

New Features

- Every time someone enters a new comment into a record the assigned to user needs to be notified by emails (Event Handlers for this)

- If the created by users does not match the assigned to and the assigned person enter a comment the person who create the record need to notify (Event Handlers for this)

- If someone reply to a comment the person to whom is being reply need to get an email notification (Use Event handler for this)

- All emails need to include a link to unsubscribe from the thread. If the person hit that link will need to login into the crm. The information will be stored in the database so that person does not get more emails. (Look in modules/Emails/actions/TrackAccess.php for an example of how to do this right)

- When composing a new comment I need to be able to @mention a person username. The mentioned person should get and email notification (See attached image)

IMPORTANT

- This need to be module manager compatible. The job can be accomplished with: Event handlers and Headers scripts and a few ajax calls. No need to hack the vtiger sourcode at all.
- I expect an Extension module. Not need to create an entity module for this.

*** When the job will be done. ***

I expect a zip file that will enter a demo system and should work right out of the box

*** Quality ***

I expect this to be done following Vtiger best practices. No hacking, no hard coding, etc. etc. Use $db class properly, and use all the VTLIB functions

I will make a full code review before releasing the payment.

*** Budget ***

The budget for this project is 250$

Payments will be made:

Milestone # 1: 50% after seeing a working demo of the project in your localhost or server
Milestone # 2: 50% after getting the zip file and review the code.

The project will be funded in full for your security.

*** Timeframe ***

This a quick project for someone with experience with Vtiger CRM.

The module needs to be delivered in 10 days from aw​ard​ing the project. You can work at any time you would like.
