Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: Real Estate VR Walkthrough
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: These are the functions and details I am looking for from the application: Functions & Details:
Import .fbx files through an in-game dialog box similar to Symmetry Alpha (the current 3D model viewer)
The import transfers animations, textures and 3D Model
Vive Player able to teleport in room-scale VR
A local player on the computer running the Vive who sees:
Top down view of the model
Able to move the vive player around the model
Preset “scenes” which are locations to move Vive player to e.g. entrance, 1st floor, 2nd floor
Change the time of day
Rotate the model for correct compass direction
Custom skybox from 360degree image for showing the view from the property
The ability to place and rearrange furniture in both players views similar to this WorldBuilder VR prototype https://youtu.be/xUZXFbeTskI?t=1m20s
As well as the snapping to floor option as well as snapping to walls for professional layouts
Interactive items like teapots, cups, lamps, keyboards, doors and roller doors that are useable and in the example of a cup throwable.
Doors are open and closable and roller doors have a button to activate the door (these are placeable items that are standard or come a couple of variations like glass doors and wooden doors.
Menu “scene” with table top size version of 3D model
In Menu “scene” also access to 360 videos on a side wall.
3D Modelling:
Modelling of foyer/reception for the “menu” scene.
Furniture e.g desks, chairs, couches, cups, cars and pallet racking
It would be great if you could send me a quote for the hours and how much you estimate it costing.
OS requirements: Windows
Extra notes:
